A car is a significant cost for most businesses, and often one of the least well managed.
It is bought on a contract, used out of habit and followed up in a spreadsheet. The risk lies in what nobody sees: cars standing idle, service that slips, logbooks that do not hold up under an audit.
Zonara was started to reduce that risk. The goal is one system for fleet administration, car sharing and car subscriptions, where every decision about a car is made on data, not assumptions.
The starting point is car rental, where margins are small and every hour a car stands still costs money. The algorithms for allocating and sharing cars developed there now sit beneath Fleet OS and Partner OS, together with expertise from Norwegian and international professionals.
Fleet OS and Partner OS are the first part. They give the overview everything else builds on.

How we work
As little hardware as possible.
Newer cars connect through the manufacturer’s connected services. A unit only where it is needed.
The customer’s data, in Europe.
Stored within the EU/EEA, with role-based access. No tracking cookies on the website.
A person makes the decision.
Drivers are verified with BankID. Viewing a position requires a reason and a time window.
