Facility services

Many jobs, many shifts, one car pool.

The car pool is booked in the app. Service and the logbook follow themselves up. Each department sees its own.

The operations cars run from early morning to late evening. They are shared by people who rarely meet.

The evening shift left the car at the depot. The morning shift books it in the app and sees where it is. The driver takes photos when the reservation starts.

The van is nearing service. The work order is already with the person responsible. Nobody followed it up in a spreadsheet.

The patrol car is ready at the depot. Another car is nearing service. The task has already been created and marked as critical.

Without a system it looks different. The keys hang in a cabinet at the depot. Service is followed up in a spreadsheet one person owns. A car standing idle is only noticed when someone needs it. And the logbook is filled in afterwards, if it is filled in at all.

The car pool, service and logbook follow themselves up.

Zonara follows your organisation. Each department sees its cars. The fleet manager sees the whole fleet.

The car pool

The employee books in the app and sees free cars. If the group has several cars, Zonara picks a free one when the reservation starts. Start the reservation, and the key is in the app.

  • Booking as in a car-sharing service
  • Car groups that allocate the cars themselves
  • Photos at start, compared between trips

Keyless access needs a key module fitted in the car.

Service

The service programme follows the manufacturer’s interval for each car. When service approaches, the work order is created and lands with the right person. The tyre change is planned for the whole fleet at once.

  • Work order before the service is due
  • Tyre change for the whole fleet
  • The same tasks for the fleet manager and the driver

Roles and logbook

Every trip is recorded from the car with start, stop, kilometres and driver. Recorded trips cannot be changed. Each department sees its cars, and private trips are seen only by the driver.

  • Departments and subsidiaries with their own access
  • Drivers identified with BankID
  • The logbook keeps itself
