A customer receives an electric car in a showroom, holding the phone.

The car, the system and the logbook. Delivered by you.

You deliver the car. Fleet OS and the logbook come with it from day one. The customer contracts with Zonara, and you keep the customer.

    Delivery

New cars are imported into Fleet OS the moment they are delivered. Newer cars share data themselves, without any hardware installed. The contract is with Zonara, the car is your delivery. From now on you see the car in the portal.

    In operation

Mileage comes from the car, not from the customer. You see each car against its contract, and deviations show before they become a problem.

  3. Service reception: a car drives in, a staff member with a tablet.

    Service

When a car nears its service, you see it in the portal. You get in touch before the customer starts looking for another workshop. In 2025, only 54% of owners with a car under two years old came back to the selling dealer for service.

  4. A row of fleet cars being returned, a coordinator with a tablet and a receiver by the nearest car.

    Return

Mileage and trip history are documented throughout the contract. The return is a reading, not a discussion.

Three partners

The customer gets the car, the system and the logbook from you. You see the service need in the portal, so your workshop is the one that calls first.

The customer gets more than a car.

Fleet OS with booking, keyless access, on supported models, keyless access needs a key module fitted in the car and a logbook that keeps itself, from the first day. Newer cars share data themselves. Older cars get a small unit. The customer does not have to choose a system, and you do not have to compete with one.

Who owns what

  • The customer

Contracts with Zonara and consents with BankID. Decides what is shared.

  • The partner

Sees what has been agreed: mileage and service needs. Receives a fixed fee per active car.

  • Zonara

Processes in the EU/EEA. Deletes at the end of the contract on request.

From public procurement

Municipalities buy cars as a service.

Ålesund municipality is buying cars as a service for its health and care services from 2026. The municipality has calculated it at 10 to 20 percent cheaper than total leasing costs. A digital administration platform for the cars is part of the procurement. All the municipality’s cars, owned and leased ones too, are to be on the platform by 1 July 2026.

This is the delivery a partner with Zonara can offer: the car, the platform and the follow-up in one.

How to get started

  1. Agreement and setup.

We set up the partner account and the portal for your team.

  2. The cars in.

Newer cars connect without any hardware installed. The rest get a unit from us, fitted by your technician or ours.

  3. The customers in.

Each customer contracts with Zonara, is onboarded with BankID and gives you access to car data in the same step.
