Sales and consulting

The company car drives. The logbook keeps itself.

Every trip is recorded from the car, with business and private kept apart. Newer cars share data themselves. No hardware to install in newer cars.

    Month end · Managing director

The logbook for all the company cars is ready. It is exported ready for whoever keeps the books. Nobody chases the employees.

Without a logbook that keeps itself, it looks different. Trips are written in afterwards, from the calendar and memory. Whoever keeps the books waits for a spreadsheet. The managing director chases the same employees every month. And nobody knows whether the logbook is right until someone asks.

The logbook is kept while you drive.

Zonara fetches the trips from the car. The driver separates business and private. The managing director sees all the cars in one place.

The logbook

Every trip is recorded from the car with date, time, start, stop and kilometres. The driver marks business or private and writes the purpose. Recorded trips cannot be changed.

  • Trips that cannot be changed
  • Private trips are seen only by the driver

The overview

The managing director sees all the company cars and trips in one place. The trips stand as they were driven, with their purpose. Consumption and kilometres come straight from the cars.

Getting started

Check the car with its VIN before you decide. Newer cars share data themselves. No hardware to install in newer cars. Older cars get a small unit.

  • BankID and a driving licence check for every driver
  • You pay only once the car is active
  • Every car can connect, via API or with hardware
